The valve seat and gate are equipped with sealing surfaces made from Stellite cobalt-based cemented carbide, which have varying degrees of hardness. After undergoing quenching and tempering followed by surface nitriding treatment, the valve stem displays excellent resistance to corrosion, scratches, and wear. Its enhanced durability ensures that it remains reliable even when exposed to harsh conditions.
The impact manual comes equipped with a wedge-type elastic gate structure, featuring medium and large diameters that are fitted with thrust bearings. This design choice ensures minimal friction force, allowing for easy opening and closing operations.
